Coach Clint to lead Team Surigao in the up-coming Regional Meet 2010
Clint Mondano, also known as Coach Mondano, will be coaching the Surigao del Norte basketball team at the 2010 Regional Athletic Meet for Basketball, which take place in Surigao City. After winning the 2010 Local Athletic Meet last November 13, 2010.
lead the United States in next year's world championships, where the Americans are favorite to win. Krzyzewski will become the first head coach to coach the Americans in two different Olympics since Henry Iba did it in 1964, 1968, and 1972. Coach K has said that it was an honor to be selected as head coach again.

In short, Mondano’s mission is to re-establish the Surigao’s position in regional basketball by coaching a depth team but not as talented with in the previous years. The first of its kind in the Province — leading up to the 2010 Local Athletic Meet.
Team SURIGAO DEL NORTE is filled with hyper-athletic and versatile players, but the squad's greatest strength is not its speed, its leaping ability, or the varied skill sets of its players. Above all else, the Surigao's greatest asset is their depth.
