Coach Mondano believes that one way to run a good offensive threat is to have a consistent outside shots. It's one way to break inside defense, and be able to run good plays.
NEMCO high school must develop its consistency from the outside. With the past tune-up games, Coach feels the need of improving it. ELANO, young warriors three point shooter is not consistent on it's outside shots he has been missing shots and forcing some of it. Young warriors is now short in its rotation in a 3 spot position due to re-positioning of the players. Jethro Laxa is now assuming the position for which he has been solid in the 4 spot position.
Mondano known for not being afraid to put guys in positions that they're not necessarily comfortable with, that the players would have to adapt to each other and adapt to the group you're with. Coach Mondano is now planning to re-position the players again that will suit its need in it's respective position.
